摘　　要：目的　通过分析 332例儿童型白癜风的临床资料 ,了解此型白癜风的临床特点。方法　运用SPSS 10 0软件分析资料。结果　儿童型白癜风平均发病年龄为 7 6 1岁 ,临床类型以局限型多见 ,好发季节为夏季 ,伴发自身免疫性疾病少见。结论　儿童型白癜风是一种特殊类型的白癜风。Objective The clinical data of 332 childhood vitiligo patients were analyzed in this study in order to understand the clinical characteristics of vitiligo in children. Methods The data were analyzed by SPSS 10 0. Results It was found that the mean age of onset was 7 61 years; the most common clinical type was localized type; the common season of onset was summer; combined autoimmune diseases were less often found. Conclusion Childhood vitiligo is a distinct type of vitiligo.
