摘  要:深入研究了某热电厂450t/h循环流化床锅炉运行中炉膛布风板严重漏渣的问题,根据布风板稳定运行的基本原理以及锅炉结构和实际运行数据,对炉膛布风板的漏渣原因进行了理论分析,计算了布风板当量直径与床层高度的比值对流化床临界压降的影响,合理地解释了漏渣的机理,并讨论了可能存在的炉膛布风板设计和运行上的原因。The issue of particle riddling through distributor of a 450t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler is presented. Serious breakthrough is occured during the high load operation, but no breakthrough is detected in the tests under ambient condition, in the boiler start up stage with under-bed firing and in the slag-cooling bed. Based on the stability operation mechanism of the distributor, affects of bed dimension to bed height ratio on the cirtical pressure drop are discussed. The reasons for particle breakthrough under different conditions are properly elucidated and counter-measures are proposed. Figs 7 and refs 2.
