摘  要:对旋流燃烧器出口的湍流流场进行了深入的数值模拟研究,经过对不同旋流强度的旋转射流的计算,比较了对目前应用较多的k-ε模型、重正化群(RNG)的k-ε模型及雷诺应力模型在实际求解中的优劣。在弱旋气相流动时,RNGk-ε模型可以满足工程上的精度需求。在强旋流动中,基于"有效粘性"的各个模型的计算结果和实验相差很远,只有采用雷诺应力模型才能得到较为满意的结果。This article studies swirling burners gas field deeply with Numerical Simulation Method. The article presents three turbulence models (standard k-ε model, Renormalization Group k-ε Model and Reynolds Stress Model) which have been used widely at present, and then their merits/ shortcomings have been compared while being used to calculate swirling jets. When dealing with a low swirl number flow, the results by Renormalization Group (RNG) k-ε Model agree well enough with experiments. But when the swirl number is high, we have to resort to Reynolds Stress Model (RSM),because of the obvious differences between experimental and numberical results by the models based on 'effective viscosity'.Figs 4, tables 3 and refs 5.
