摘　　要：前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2是前列腺素生物合成的限速酶。本文介绍了前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2基因的结构、表达、调控机理及其与繁殖性能的关系。Prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 is the rate-limiting enzyme in the biosynthesis of prostaglandins(PGs). In this paper, we briefly introduced the structure, expression, regulation mechanism of prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 gene and the relationship between this gene and reproductive performance.
