摘　　要：券商上市既是券商自身发展的客观要求,也是证券市场发展的必然趋势。2002年中信证券的招股上市,迈开了我国券商上市的步伐。这标志着我国金融体制改革的不断深入,也为证券业应对开放拓宽了发展空间,同时对于提升券商竞争能力和完善证券市场机制意义深远。Listing of the securities dealers is the objective requirement of the dealers' development and the absolute trend of the securities market development. In 2002, the listing of the Zhongxin securities dealer made the first step of the securities dealers' listing. This indicates that the reform of financial system is deepening. At the same time, it contributes to improve the competitve ability of securities dealers and perfect the mechanism of securities market.
