摘  要:研究了中原油田污水中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)和腐生菌(TGB)在不同pH值、温度、矿化度情况下的生长规律,分析了中原油田污水中TGB较难控制的原因。实验表明,在pH值为6.0-9.0时,适于SRB生长,pH值大于9则SRB的生长受到抑制;TGB在碱性环境下也可生长。两种细菌适宜的生长温度是30~40℃,而TGB在90℃仍可检出;随着矿化度升高两种细菌的生存能力都有所下降。在对pH值变化和温度变化的适应性上,TGB均强于SRB。The growth of SRB and TGB in the waste water of Zhongyuan Oil Field at different pHs, temperatures and mineralities were studied and the causes of difficulty in controlling TGB in the waste water were analyzed. The tests show that SRB grows well when the pH is 6.0-9.0 and the growth is restrained when pH exceeds 9.0. TGB can grow in the alkaline environment. The favorable temperatures for the growth of these two bacteria are 30-40℃. The TGB is detected even at a temperature of 90℃. The survival ability of these two bacteria is reduced with the increase in minerality. TGB is more adaptable to the variation of pH and temperature than SRB.
