摘 要:报道了一种新型的含能液体高压燃速测量装置,即利用包覆火药燃烧产生恒压环境,借助离子探针测速技术定量测试OTTO Ⅱ在55~122MPa范围内的线燃速.结果表明,它满足指数燃速定律,并从试验数据拟合出燃速系数和燃速指数,其结果可为液体推进系统内弹道设计提供基础数据.The burning rate of energetic liquid is one of the key parameters to affect the combustion property of liquid propulsion system. A new device for measuring the linear burning rate of energetic liquid in high pressures was reported, i.e., the constant pressures were produced by coated propellant combustion. By use of the measuring velocity technology of ion probe, the linear burning rate of OTTO-Ⅱ was measured quantitatively at 55-122 MPa. The results show that it is content with exponential burning rate law. Based on the experiment data, the burning rate coefficient and exponent were adapted. The research results can give basic data for the interior ballistic design of the liquid propulsion system.
