摘　　要：该文首先分析高新技术创业企业与高新技术成果商品化、产业化的关系,随后以迈克尔·波特的钻石体系分析创业企业的环境,最后给出了相应的评价指标及其使用方法.This paper analyzes the relationship between the development environment for high-tech industry and the commercialization of R&D results, and then studies the enviroment of newly founded enterprices based on the diamond system of Micheal Porter. Finally the evaluation index and its application are presented.
