滴鼻灵配合手术矫正鼻中隔偏曲治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药滴鼻灵配合手术矫正鼻中隔偏曲治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将鼻中隔偏曲伴有的变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组。A组30例单纯手术矫正鼻中隔,B组30例手术配合滴鼻灵滴鼻。然后,比较治疗效果。结果 B组治疗后的症状、体征和鼻激发试验得分均显著优于A组(P<0.01)。结论 滴鼻灵配合手术矫正偏曲的鼻小隔是治疗变应性鼻炎的方法之一。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of a combined therapy with Dibil-ing(DBL)nose droping and nasal septum rectifying operation(NSRO)on allergic rhiuitis(AR). Methods 60 cases with AR,accompanied by deviation of nasal septum at the same time,were randomly divided into treating group(TG)and controlling one(CG),with 30 cases in each group. Then .cases in TG were treated by DBL nose droping and NSRO and ones in CG were treated only by NSRO. After the therapeutic course finished,the therapeutic effects on AR were compared between the two groups. Results All the scores associated with symptoins,signs and nasal vocation were significantly lower in TG than that in CG(P<0. 01). Conclusions The combined therapy with DBL and NSRO is one of the effective therapies for the treatment of AR.
