解毒化瘀汤治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察解毒化瘀汤的临床疗效。方法 :60例肝炎高胆红素血症患者随机分为治疗组 3 0例、对照组 3 0例。治疗组用解毒化瘀汤 ;对照组用促肝细胞生长素 ,疗程 4周。观察肝功能 :TBil、ALT、AST、DBil及血浆内毒素 (ETM )水平。结果 :治疗组患者在肝功能改善、ETM水平降低、黄疸消退方面均优于对照组 ;治疗组显效率为76 67% ,对照组为 5 0 0 0 % ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :解毒化瘀汤有明显退黄、降酶和降低血中ETM水平的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Jiedu Huayu Decoction.Methods:60 patients with hyperbilirubinemia induced by hepatitis were divided into two groups randomly, 30 patients in treating group and 30 patients in control group. The treating group were treated by Jiedu Huayu Decoction,and the control group were treated by hepatocyte growth-promoting factors for injection, Patients were treated for 4 weeks. Biochemical indexes of liver function, such as TBil,ALT,AST,DBil,ETM were observed.Results:The effects of improving liver function, lowering the level of endotoxin and subsiding icterus of treating group were better than those of control group;the total efficiency rate of treating group was 90%,the total efficiency rate of control group was 76.67%, the difference of the effect of subsiding icterus between the two groups was significant P<0.01);the improving of some clinical symptoms of treating group was better than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiedu Huayu Decoction can obviously subsiding icterus, and lowering the levels of TBil,ALT,AST,DBil,ETM and the level of endotoxin.
