拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎失败者干扰素α2b再治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎失败者干扰素 α2b再治疗的疗效。方法 :12 5例符合条件的患者 ,随机分为A、B、C 3组。A组 2 1例 ,仍用拉米夫定 10 0mg/d继续治疗 12个月 ;B组 84例 ,改用干扰素 α2b 5 0 0万U /d肌注 1个月 ,后改为隔日 1次 ,疗程 6个月 ;C组 2 0例 ,予甘利欣对症治疗。 2 0 0例阳性对照组患者治疗同B组。观察其治疗前、治疗后 1个月、 3个月、 6个月、 12个月肝功能、乙肝病毒血清标志物 (HBV M )、HBVDNA变化情况。结果 :各组疗程完成后 ,对HBVDNA及HBeAg阴转率干扰素 α2b再治疗组 (B组 )与干扰素对照组差异无显著性意义 ( χ2 =0 71,P >0 0 5 )。结论 :拉米夫定治疗失败患者仍可选用干扰素抗病毒治疗。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of interferon in the retreatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B failure to lamivudine.Methods:84 cases with chronic hepatitis B failure to lamivudine were accepted with interferon α2b, being taken 5MU/d by injecting muscle for the 1th month, then once per two days for 5 months. The patients′s serum chemical index of liver function, serum immunologic mark of hepatitis B virus and serum DNA were detected before treatment, at the 1th month and 3th month and 6th month and 12th month after the treatment.Results: Compared with patients with chronic hepatitis B with interferon α2b, the clinical efficacy of of interferon in the retreatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B failure to lamivudine had no difference statistically.Conclusion: Patients with chronic hepatitis B failure to lamivudine can take interferon α2b for retreatment.
