摘  要:针对水泥窑电收尘器容易产生CO燃烧、爆炸的问题 ,阐述了在水泥窑电收尘器中监测、控制CO浓度的重要性。分析了水泥窑电收尘器中CO产生的机理、燃烧爆炸的原因 ,指出 :煤的不完全燃烧 ,产生超量CO等可燃气体、烟气中含有大量氧气和电收尘器的火花放电是造成水泥窑电收尘器燃烧爆炸的原因。同时 ,还论述了对采用红外线气体分析仪系统进行CO浓度监控的原理和方法讨论。并针对CO浓度超标的原因提出了控制水泥窑烧成带温度、控制加煤量、控制煤的种类及其细度的几个控制方法。Summary This text aims at the electricity accepts the machine of dust of cement kiln easy creation the problem of CO burn and the Bang, expatiated to monitors in cement kiln gave or get an electric shock accept the machine of dust , control CO density importance. Analyzing the mechanism that the cement kiln electricity accept the dust machine inside CO the creation and the reason of burn and the Bang, point out:Coaly imperfect combustion, produce the super measuring to imply the oxygen of large quantity in the combustible air, smoke in etc. in CO spirit with it is reason to result in cement kiln electricity accept the machine of dust burn and the Bang that spark that give or get an electric shock accept the machine of dust to turn on electricity.At the same time, still introduced the adoption infrared ray air analysis instruments system proceed the principle that CO density supervise and control with the method.And aim at the super object in the density of CO reason put forward the control cement kiln burns take the temperature, control add the coal measures, a few controls method between coaly category in control and its thin degree.
