摘　　要：目的 :清开灵用于临床治疗多种疾病已取得良好疗效 ,滴丸剂是《中国药典注释》中唯一推荐具有发展前途的剂型。我们开发改制的清开灵滴丸 ,使传统的清开灵成为一种药物成份溶出速率快 ,吸收完全 ,生物利用度高的新型制剂。方法 :按清开灵方剂提取有效成份 ,经活性碳吸附、过滤、浓缩后 ,滴制成丸。结果 :本品符合《中国药典》滴丸项下各项规定 ,含量测定黄芩甙 (C2 1 H1 8O1 1 )不少于 2 3 % (g/ g) ,胆酸不少于2 2 % (g/g)。结论Objective:The Qingkailing guttate p il l had good effect on many diseases.The guttate pill was the only prospective dos age form recommended in《Annotation of Pharmacopeia of The people's Republic of China》.The Qingkailing quttate pill was a new preparation of the traditional ch inese medicine.Its medicine component had characteristics of quick dissolution,c o mplete absorption and high bioutilization rate.Methods:The effecti ve medicine components of Qingkailing were extracted and refined into guttate pi ll from by absorpting with active carbon,fiter and concentrating procedure.Results:The Qingkailing guttate pill accorded with regulations about pi ll in pharmacopeia of the People's Republic of China.The content of radix scutel lariae(C 21 H 18 O 11 )was not less than 2.3%(g/g),that of cholic ac id not less than 2.2%(g/g).Conclusions:The Qingkailing guttate pil l is in a new dosage form,prior to other forms.
