摘　　要：采用设备状态监测与故障诊断技术识别直线振动筛运行状态及故障 ,运用该研究成果进行技术改造方案设计。改造后的运行经验表明 :筛机使用寿命比改造前提高 5～ 6倍 ,经济效益显著。Equipment state inspection and trouble diagnosis technology was used for identifying operation state and trouble of line screen in this paper.And then this study achievement was used for project design of technology reconstruction.After reconstructed,operation experience indicated that life of screen is 5～6 times higher than that of the old equipment,economy benefit is very eminent.
