摘 要:综述了纳米粉体在聚合物熔体中的分散理论,包括纳米粉体聚集体中聚集力的模型及影响因素、纳米粉体聚集体在流场中所受外力的模型及影响因素,介绍了纳米粉体聚集体分散的破裂机理和剥蚀机理,评述了各个模型及相关机理的优点和局限性,建议要将更多的影响因素如表面能等引入模型中,要考虑破裂分散与剥蚀分散之间的竞争关系,注重分散结构在加工过程中的演变过程,以强化分散模型的动力学特征。Advances on theoretical study of dispersion of nano-powder in polymer melt were reviewed,which included models and effect factors of interaction stress existed in nano-powder agglomeration,and those of external stress exerted by polymer melt on nano-powder agglomeration.The mechanisms involved in dispersion process of rupture and erosion of nano-powder agglomeration in polymer melt were also introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of various models and theories were commented.It was stressed more factors such as surface energy should be introduced into the developed models to overcome the incapability of present models,the competitive relation between rupture and erosion dispersion process of nano-powder agglomeration in polymer melt were considered,it was very necessary and valuable to describe evolution of dispersed structure of agglomeration during processing in the new models,which could show the dynamic characteristics of dispersion.
