摘　　要：马头发电总厂#7发电机主变运行中,4次出现总烃含量超标,根据色谱分析判断为铁芯故障,曾做现场处理,未能彻底消除故障。最后一次返厂处理后取得了良好的效果。Four times of oil chromatographic analysis of a main transformer in Matou General Power Plant show the total hydrocarbon amounts are unacceptably high.It is judged as iron core fault according to chromatographic analysis.This transformer was treated,but fault is not yet eliminated thoroughly.Finally, the transformer was returned to the manufacturer for treatment,good result has been achieved.
