西南三江水资源综合利用与西部调水战略探讨

摘　　要：阐述我国发展水力发电的必要性和我国开发水电的优越条件,探讨西南三江水资源综合利用与西部调水战略,建议对西南三江和长江黄河用一个规划委员会统一规划.The Necessity and best conditions to develop hydropower in china are expounded firstly. Then the strategics to comprehensively utilize the water resources of Nujiang, Lanchang and Yarlung Zangbo Rivers and water transfer in West Region of china are discussed. Finally,to set up a new organizition,a unified planning commission,to plane the five great rivers,i. e,the Yellow,the Yangtze,the Lanchang,the Nujiang and the Yarlung Zangbo Rivers, is suggested.
