摘　　要：IACS的URS2 5以及海安会关于双壳散货船的建议对于散货船设计的影响逐渐引人注目 ,本文从结构强度的角度出发对标题 2和标题 3进行探讨 。With the issue of IACS UR S25 and IMO MSC′s decision about Double Side Skin (DS S) construction for bulk carriers, the influence of these measures is capturing more attention. This Paper discusses such influence on the ship strength design, and some meaningful conclusions are reached.
