摘　　要：简要介绍即将生效的MARPOL73/ 78公约附则VI《防止船舶造成空气污染规则》 ,并对该法规得以实现的技术保障措施进行了概述 ,较为详细地介绍了课题组研究的乳化The Annex VI of MARPOL73/78, which is the regulations about prevention of air po llution from the exhaust of marine diesel engine, is going to coming into force. After introducing briefly about this Annex and its technical requirements, this paper presents in detail the research progress of emulsion/catalyst combustion as one of the technology bases.
