摘　　要：新型抗精神病药如氯氮平和奥氮平比传统抗精神病药更易发生糖耐量异常或糖尿病 ,本文通过FDA的药物监测系统和Medline等数据库和病例对照研究报告 ,对新型抗精神病药所致糖尿病的一般特征做综述介绍。Newer antipsychotics such as clozapine and olanzapine may be easier to occur glucoregulatory abnormalities or diabetes mellitus compared with conventional antipsychotics. Using the United States Food and Drug Administration's Medwatch Drug Surveillance System and the “Medline” and the researches of case control ,we review the characteristics of glucoregulatory abnormalities or diabetes mellitus which occurred in the treatment with newer antipsychotics.
