摘　　要：民间投资在我国国民经济中具有重要的作用 ,因此 ,民间投资的变化直接影响国民经济的发展。本文从民间投资有沉淀成本角度出发 ,使用一个动态的投资模型 ,探讨沉淀成本对民间投资的不利影响 ,为我们制定有关民间投资提供理论依据。同时还提出一些刺激民间投资的制度创新或政策创新基本原则 ,旨在于尽量降低沉淀成本 ,促进各种要素充分流动以刺激投资。The paper is to analyze the non-state owned investment investments in production in terms of sunk costs. Based on the investment model with sunk costs,we show that sunk costs have a great effect on the non-state owned investment investments.Because of the existence of sunk costs in Non-State Owned investments,they adversely influence the investors’behavior.In principle we provide the solutions to the Non-State Owned investment problems,that is,reduce the amounts of sunk costs,and increase factor mobility.
