表面极化子光学声子平均数的温度效应

摘　　要：采用线性组合算符和改进的线性组合算符法导出了二维极性晶体中强弱耦合极化子光学声子平均数,并讨论了光学声子平均数与温度的关系.The mean numbers of optical phonons of the strong-and weak-coupling polaron in 2-D polar crystals are derived by using a linear-combination-operator and improved linear-combination-operator methods.The relation between the mean number of optical phonons of polaron and temperature was discussed.
