摘　　要：我国信用担保业已走过了十个年头,近几年,民营资本进军担保业的势头很猛,然而,面对尚未健全的市场机制,民营担保机构的生存状况不容乐观。政府应加大对民营担保公司的扶持力度,同样民营担保公司也应该增强自身实力,提高防范风险的能力。Ten years have passed since the appearance of China's credit guarantee business. In recent gears, moreover, there has been a rapid growth of guarantee companies based on civil capital. The present situation of the civil guarantee companies is not optimistic, however, because of the imperfect market mechanism. In view of this, the government should give more support to the civil guarantee companies, and they themselves must increase their operating capacity and enhance their ability against risks.
