摘　　要：货币离岸经营被认为是二战后最重要的金融创新,其根本动机是规避管制。货币离岸经营后,脱离了货币发行国的监管,金融效率和风险都相应提高。技术上实现人民币离岸经营并不复杂,但人民币离岸市场会给中国金融监管当局带来许多挑战。The Offshore Operation of money is regarded as the most important financial innovation since World WarⅡ. Considering that money easily goes beyond the issuer's regulation when it is operated abroad, financial efficiency must be raised as financial risk rises. Although the techniques in the offshore operation of Renminbi are not sophisticated, yet our financial regulatory authority should get fully prepared for the challenges from the offshore market.
