海口地区一般人群的骨峰值研究

摘　　要：目的 了解海口地区中青年一般人群骨峰值的基本情况。方法 随机抽取海口地区20～39岁人群271名,进行腰椎(L_(2-4))正位和髋部双能X线骨密度测量。结果 男性腰椎和髋部(Neck,Ward's)骨峰值(g/cm^2)见于25～29岁,测定值经标准化处理,分别为1.101±0.100,0.974±0.088,0.909±0.121;髋部Troch骨峰值(g/cm^2)见于20～24岁,标准值为0.818±0.119。女性腰椎正位和髋部(Ward's,Troch)骨峰值见于30～34岁,标准值分别为1.127±0.107,0.868±0.118,0.763±0.084;髋部Neck(g/cm^2)骨峰值见于35～39岁,标准值为0.903±0.111。结论 海口地区中青年骨峰值略高于我国其他地区。测定结果为今后海口地区开展骨质疏松症的诊断、治疗和进一步研究提供了参考数据。Objective To find out the peak bone mass (PBM) in common young and middle aged individuals of Haikou and provide useful reference data for preventing osteoporosis(OP). Methods Two hundred and seventy on indi- viduals (20-39 year old) in Haikou were randomly selected to take AP view of X-ray of L_(2-4) and to measure the Dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density (BMD). The data were standardized by equations. Results The PBM of lumbar vertebrae and the PBM of femoral neck and Ward's triangle were seen in 25-29 year old ground and PBM of tro- chanter was seen in 20 - 24year old ground for males. Meanwhile, the PBM of lumbar vertebrae and the PBM of femoral Ward's triangle and trochanter were seen in 30-34 year old ground and PBM of neck was seen in 35 - 39 year old ground for female.The PBM in people of Haikou was a little higher than that in people of other provinces. Conclusion This study provides the references for diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in Haikou.
