摘 要:本观察为1988年底至1989年,在现有养殖条件下对德国小蠊的生活史进行观察,以为规格化养殖提供依据,现总结如下。观察条件和方法一、虫株:本养虫室培养的德国小蠊。二、环境条件:恒温室温度分别调控为26℃±1℃;28℃±1℃,相对湿度50~80%RH。光源:日光灯光源,操作时4—6小时为200LX;5LX以下6—8小时;The life cycle of Blattela germanica reared in different temperatures in Iaboratory was observed and the data drawn were compared with that reported before. The results obtained in this study are here with given as follows in the sequence of 26℃ and 28℃, the latter digits are in the brackets: The average duration for eggs. 22.46 (20.52) days; the oothecae Iaid in whole Iife of a female, 3.33 (3.3); the interval between two time of laying: 31.73 (23.61)days; the amount of nymphes hatched from an ootheca: 44.38 (33.50); hatching rate for eggs, 98.330% total number of nymphes a fomale procuced in her whole life: 133.73 (106.9); the average duration for nymph: 51.57 (38.0)days; the emergence were competed in 10-12 days with an average of 10.9 days for a batch of identical nymphes; the emerging rate: 64.38%; sex ratio. 1:0.96 (♀:♂); devloping time from emergenoe to laying eggs: 32.0 (28.3) days; genration time: 83.67 (66.14) days.
