摘　　要：目的研究二妙龙胆合剂的药理及与克拉霉素联合应用治疗非淋菌性尿道炎(黏液脓性宫颈炎)[NGU(MPC)]的临床疗效。方法对二妙龙胆合剂进行体外抗菌试验和毒理试验,并进行联用治疗NGU(MPC)与单用克拉霉素的疗效观察和对比。结果二妙龙胆合剂对淋球菌、白念珠菌、大肠杆菌、粪链球菌、白色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑制或杀死作用,联合克拉霉素治疗NGU(MPC)效果较好。结论中西医结合是治疗NGU(MPC)均较好方法。Objectives To study the pharmacologic mechanism of Ermiao-radix-gentianae mixture(ERM)and its therapeutic effects associated with clarithromycin in the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis(mucopurulent cervicitis).Methods ERM's anti-bacteria and toxicological test were performed in vitro,and the therapeutic effects of ERM plus clarithromycin versus clarithromycin alone in NGU(MPC)treatment were also observed.Results ERM re-vealed obvious inhibitory or eradicating effects on Gonococcus,Candida albicans,Escherichia coli,Faecal staphylococcus,and Streptococcus.And the therapeutic effects of ERM plus clarithromycin were better than that of clarithromycin alone.Conculsion Integrated methods of western and traditional Chinese medicine would be a hopeful procedure in NGU(MPC)treatment.
