中药左归饮加减对小鼠血粘度及体外血栓的干预

摘　　要：目的　探讨中药左归饮加减对小鼠血流变及体外血栓的影响。方法　中老年雄性昆明种小鼠饮用该中药煎剂 75d后取血 ,测全血粘度、血浆粘度及体外血栓的质量。结果　以上指标均随增龄而增加 ;实验组小鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、体外血栓的长度及重量均明显低于中老年对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　左归饮加减有降低血粘度 ,抑制血栓形成及改善实验动物血液循环的作用。Objective To study interference in blood viscosity and artificial thrombi in mice by the modified Zuoguiyin. Methods The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and quality of the artificial thrombi were examined after experimental animals drank the Chinese medicine for 75 days.Results The indexes that were examined increased with age.The indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group of middle-old age(P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese medicine interfering factor modified Zuoguiyin can improve blood circulation,increase activity and decrease the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and inhibit blood thrombus formation in the experimental animals.
