摘　　要：网络交易平台提供商的法律地位日益成为网络交易中的焦点问题,如果这一问题得不到解决,网络交易平台的交易活动就不能顺利展开。从网络交易平台的运作模式出发,对网络交易平台提供商与卖方、柜台出租方和居间人等作了全面的比较分析,并借鉴国外有益做法对网络交易平台提供商的法律地位提出了相应的建议。The legal position of Internet Presence Provider is becoming the focus problem of Internet transaction . This article describes the operation mode of IPP , through comparison with and analysis of an Internet Presence Provider and a seller , a counter and a broker , and concludes that we should adopt the conception of Interactive Computer Service Provider in some foreign cases and further establish the legal position of Internet Presence Provider.
