摘　　要：对外资实施超国民待遇与作为世贸成员国贯彻国民特遇原则的义务并行不悖。我国对外资企业实行超国民待遇弥补了国内投资环境的缺陷和不足,吸引了大量的资金,推动了国家经济建设,但也存在着消极影响。加入WTO以后,我国应继续有条件地对外资实施超国民待遇,弱化外资弥补商业资本缺口的观念,强化择优引资意识。As one of the basic principles of World Trade Organization, Principle of ultra-national treatment has been die concern of the theoretical and the business circles all the time. This text analyzes the current situation of the ultra-national treatment to the foreign capitals in China and suggests that this practice be carried on after joining WTO and our awareness of capital introduction to the advantage of our development be sharpened.
