摘　　要：目的 :探讨浅静脉动脉化重建血运在末节断指再植中的应用价值。方法 :以近断端指动脉 ,与远断端指背、侧浅静脉吻合。总结本组 2 0例 2 1指再植经验及治疗效果。结果 :本组 2 0例 2 1指再植全部成活 ,创面均一期愈合 ,外观及功能达优良。结论 :浅静脉动脉化重建血运是末节断指再植中的良好方法。Objective:To assess the value of applying superficial veins to arterioles to rebuild blood supply in the replantation of severed distal finger segments.Methods:To make the arterioles proximal to severed segments anastomosed with the superficial veins distal to severed segments.The therapeutic effects of 21 fingers replantation were studied.Results:All 21 fingers survived with wound healing by first intention and fine functions.Conclusion:The approuch of superficial veins to arterioles is a better treatment in the replantation of severed distal finger segments.
