摘 要:采用微乳法,通过调整表面活性剂的组成,制备用于渣油悬浮床加氢的细分散催化剂。对制备的催化剂样品进行光学显微镜和等离子分析,结果表明,采用理想的乳化剂配方可以使催化剂均匀稳定分布在渣油原料中,无沉降现象发生。同时,以孤岛常压渣油为原料,在高压釜上考察细分散催化剂的反应性能。试验结果表明,在相同的反应条件下(435℃,10MPa,1h-1),同时控制生焦量在允许范围,524℃以下液体收率可以提高5~7个百分点,从而进一步证实均匀分散的催化剂具有较高的活性和抑焦性能,具有很好的应用前景和使用价值。A finely dispersed catalyst for suspended bed residue hydrogenation was prepared by adjusting the composition of surfactants and by means of microemulsion. The results showed that the catalyst can be dispersed in residue steadily and uniformly without sedimentation of the suspension when using appropriate formulation of the surfactants. Performance of the finely dispersed catalyst is evaluated in autoclave using Gudao atmospheric residue as feedstock. The results showed that yield for the liquid of below 524 ℃ was increased by 5-7 percentage points at 435 ℃,10 MPa and 1 h^(-1) with coke formation within the permited range, which showed that the finely dispersed catalyst exhibited much higher activity and coke-inhibiting properties.
