摘  要: 为提高猪丹毒(G4T10)活疫苗培养菌数,采用加NaOH调pH增菌和加吐温-80增菌两种方法进行比较试验,前一种方法生产152批,平均培养菌数为7.7×109CFU/mL。后一种方法生产50批,平均菌数为1.792×1010CFU/mL。结果表明,后一种方法较为理想。In order to increase the breeding quantity of the swine erysipelas(G4T10) live vaccine, two (comparing tests) were done. One was to adjust pH with alkali, and the other was to add Tween-80. 152 batches voccine (produced) with the former method had average bacteria of 7.7×10~9 CFU/mL. 50 batches vaccine produced with the latter method had the average bacteria of 1.792×10^(10) CFU/mL. The results showed that the latter is better.
