摘 要:预应力组合网架结构是在组合网架的基础上,在网架下弦平面内设置单向或双向预应力拉索,从而形成一种拉索-钢管与钢筋混凝土结构共同工作的新型组合结构体系。本文应用混合有限元法并结合具体施工过程对这一结构形式进行了详细的静力分析,考虑了上弦板及板肋节点偏心的影响;采用子空间迭代法求解了结构的前10阶自振频率,分析了其自振特性,并对预应力组合网架结构进行了反应谱分析和时程分析;为考虑拉索不同张拉次序对索内预拉力的影响,采用张力松弛法计算了各批拉索内的预拉力施工控制值;为考虑加劲钢管对焊接球承载力的影响,本文设计了4组试件进行承载力试验,并将试验结果与相应理论公式进行了比较。最后得出了一些结论供工程设计与研究参考。The prestressed steel concrete composite grid structure is a new space structure which arranges the prestressed cables in one way or two ways within the bottom chords plane on the basis of composite space grids. The static behavior was analyzed with nonlinear finite element method and both the practical construction process and the eccentricity of upper plates and ribs were considered. The first ten natural frequencies were calculated using the subspace iteration method and its free vibration properties were obtained. In addition, the conclusions of response spectrum analysis and incremental integration analysis were presented. In consideration of the influence of different prestressing sequences, the tension values of the whole cables were calculated by release tension method. Four test pieces were designed to make experiments and the results were compared with corresponding theoretical formulas taking into account the influence of the ribbed pipe stiffener on the bearing capacity of welded spherical joints. Some conclusions were drawn and several suggestions were put forward at the end of the paper.
