摘　　要：介绍了人防指挥工程进排风系统的特殊性,指出了为达到人防工程通风要求所必须采取的三种技术措施,即设置增压管、回风插板阀和换气堵头,最后通过实例分析了工程中常见的问题。The special characteristics of the air intake system of civil air defense command works are introduced. Three technical measurements, namely pressure enhancing duct, valve on the return air duct and blind joint, are brought forward to meet the requests of the ventilation of civil air defense command works. Lastly, some examples are taken to analyze the problems, which are often encountered in works.
