摘　　要：目的　了解张家港市医院消毒工作现状 ,为进一步提高消毒质量提供依据。方法　对该市各级医院室内空气 ,医务人员手等进行了细菌污染与紫外线辐照情况检测。结果　室内空气合格率为 2 5 0 %～ 66 7% ,医务人员手合格率为93 0 %～ 10 0 0 % ,压力蒸汽灭菌合格率为 77 8%～ 10 0 0 % ,紫外线灯合格率为 80 8%～ 10 0 0 % ,灭菌医疗用品合格率为95 0 %～ 10 0 0 %。结论　各级医院室内空气微生物检测合格率很差 ,应加强对张家港市医院消毒工作的管理。Objective To investigate the status of disinfection quality in hospitals of Zhangjiagang City.Indoor air and hands of medical staff were checked on the aspect of bacteriological contamination and radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp.The eligibility rate of indoor air is 25.0%～ 66.7%, hands of medical staff 93.0%～100.0%, dutoclaving 77.8%～100.0%, ultraviolet lamp 80.8%～100.0%, medical products of sterilization 95.0%～100.0%.[Conclusion]The eligibility rate of microbiology in indoor air of hospitals is very low. The administration of disinfection work in hospital should be strengthened.
