摘　　要：在讨论知识库功能与作用的基础上,设计构建一种以知识库建设为基础的图书馆知识流通系统,为图书馆实现以用 户知识需求为中心的知识组织与服务的知识管理提供有效的途径。This paper discusses the function of knowledge database, then designs and constructs a system of library knowledge delivery based on the knowledge database, and indicates that the system is an effective way to realize library knowledge management of the clients knowledge requirements - centered knowledge organization and service.
