摘　　要：GIS在城市规划管理行业中扮演着重要的角色。本文主要讨论城市规划信息系统设计过程中GIS空间数据库的建立 。GIS is playing an important role in the urban planning management.This text mainly discusses the establishment of GIS spatial database in the design process of Urban Planning Information System (UPIS),and puts forward the integrated design of the UPIS based on GIS and data service.
