摘　　要：该文以合肥地区非典防治决策支持系统为例,分析了城市突发公共卫生事件应急指挥决策支持系统的需求,阐述了基于数字城市空间信息基础设施,利用地理信息系统(GIS)技术,整合数字城市信息化资源,建设城市突发公共卫生事件应急指挥决策支持系统的总体设计和技术实现。On the basis of the Hefei SARS-fighting decision support system,this paper analyzes the response decision support system's requirement of urban emergence public health event and presents the general design&technical implementation.The response decision support system includes communication network,collecting and translating of business data,data resource management ,data mining and analysis,information publish and sharing and so on five components.Three roles,named Information agent ,decision making assistant of leader and system manager,are introduced to carry out the data collecting,data mining and,information resource management and information sharing and publish.Based on digital city's information infrastructure and spatial data information,GIS technology and the integration technology of data and information resource are used to construct the response decision support system of urban emergence public health event.
