摘  要:报道了一种多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)膜电极的制备方法。研究了阿霉素(ADM)在多壁碳纳米管膜电极上的电化学行为。优化了测定阿霉素的各实验参数,实验证实,ADM浓度在2.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol/L之间其还原峰电流与浓度有良好的线性关系。富集4min后检测,本法的检出限为5.0×10-9mol/L。用此膜电极测定了病人服用阿霉素后尿样中阿霉素的浓度,取得了满意的结果。Multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) was successfully dispersed into water in the presence of dihexadecyl hydrogen phosphate (DHP), and a MWNT-DHP modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was achieved via solvent evaporation. The reduction peak current of Adriamycin (ADM) at MWNT-DHP modified GCE increased significantly in comparison to that at a bare GCE and a DHP-modified GCE. Based on this, a direct electroanalytical method for the determination of ADM was illustrated. The reduction peak current is linear with the concentration of ADM over the range from 2.0×10^(-8) to (1.0×10^(-5)) mol/L. The detection limit is 5.0×10^(-9) mol/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of ten measurements at one single electrode is 3.9% for 5.0×10^(-6) mol/L ADM. ADM in the patients' urine samples, which undergoes active ADM therapy, was determined using this proposed method.
