摘  要:利用反相高效液相色谱中容量因子lnk′与二元流动相中强溶剂的体积分数Cb基本上成线性关系,再引入半峰宽数据(d),提出了用图解法来指导二元流动相配比选择的方法,从而使相邻两峰中小峰所对应的组分也能进行准确定量。方法具有简单、快速的优点。在实际应用中获得了满意的结果。In order to determine the binary mobile phase composition in reversed-phase liquid chromatography at which the component of the smaller peak of the mixture can be simply measured accurately and rapidly, a graphic method using the relationship between the solute retention and the composition of mobile phase are developed. A linear relationship between the logarithm of the capacity factor ( lnk′) and the volume fraction of the stronger solvent composition (C_b) can often be used as a good approximation. This method has been used to determine the compositions of mobile phase of two mixtures, and the results are quite satisfactory.
