摘  要:研究了NdFeB合金的铸锭组织,并对NdFeB合金进行了均匀化退火。研究表明,NdFeB铸锭中Nd2Fe14B相以片状晶方式生长,经退火后,α-Fe基本消除,片状晶变为等轴晶并粗化。X-射线衍射结果显示,经退火处理后,Nd2Fe14B在某些方向上的各向异性更为明显。The microstructure of NdFeB alloy ingot has been investigated. The homogeneous annealing proceeded. The results showed that the growth of the Nd_2Fe_(14)B grains during solidification was in sheet-like pattern. After annealing, the α-Fe essentially removed. The sheet-like grains were tended to be equiaxial and the grains size was apparently coarsened. X-ray study showed that the anisotropy of Nd_2Fe_(14)B at some grain direction was more obvious after annealing.
