摘　　要：PTT的全称是聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯,是一种全新型的聚酯材料,其弹性仅次于氨纶。文中在介绍其基本性能的基础上,着重分析了PTT纤维的针织加工性能、PTT织物的染色、整理。PTT织物在编织中应注意的是对纱线和织物张力的均匀控制,在染色整理中应注意的是温度的合理设置。并指出了PTT纤维在针织上的应用和成本发展趋势。The complete name of PTT is polytrimethyleneterephthalate, which is one novel polyester material whose elasticity isa little weaker than that of polyurethane. Based on introduction of its basic properties, this paper mainly introduced theknitting behavior of PTT fiber, the dyeing and finishing of the fabric. In knitting process of PTT fiber yarn, it should be notedthat the yarn and fabric tension must be controlled uniformly. And the temperature setting is very important in dyeing andfinishing. In addition, this paper made an estimation on the application of PTT fiber in knitting and the trend of costchanging.
