摘　　要：社会主义国家共产党执政呈现出一种带有共性的现象 ,中国共产党应从其执政兴衰成败中吸取经验及教训 :树立旗帜 ,确立纲领 ,与时俱进 ;加快经济建设 ,着力富民强国 ;密切联系群众 ,铲除特权腐败 ;发扬民主 ,健全机制 ;完善执政方式 ,提高执政水平。中国共产党应以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,着力执政党建设 ,藉以实现党兴旺、国兴旺。There are something in common of governing the country by the communist party that the Chinese Communist Party should learn from the rise and decline of them, such as: to set up the right ideas, to establish the guiding principle and to keep pace with the times; to speed up the economy construction and to focus on the strengthen of the country and the well-off of the people; to connect closely with the people and to get rid of the privilege and corruption; to develop democracy and to amplify the mechanism to perfect governing way and to improve the ruling standard. The Chinese Communist Party should focus on the construction of the party directed by the ' Three Representatives' to realize the prosperity of the party, the strengthen of the country and the well-off of the people.
