摘　　要：从主客观相一致原则和罪责刑相适应原则论证共同过失犯罪统一定罪量刑的合理性,并提出共 同过失犯罪成立的条件和立法献言。By principle of correspondence between subjectivity and objectivity and principle of suiting punishment and responsibility to crime, proves that unitary conviction and sentencing of offense of joint negligence is rational. After that, it sets forth constitutional conditions of offense of joint negligence as well as legislative proposals.
