摘 要:本文研究了高大山羊草(Aegilops longissima)的C-带带型,并对“中国春”-高大山羊草双端体异附加系(21"+t"_Bl)、双端体异代换系(20"+t"+t"_Bl)、2个二体异代换系(20"+1"_Bl)和易位系(4A/4Bl)进行了鉴定。本文还对小麦的B染色体组和4A染色体的起源进行了讨论。从带型上的明显差别可以推测高大山羊草不是B染色体组的直接供体。它们可能共同起源于一个原始的染色体组。The karyotype and Giemsa C-banding pattern of A. longissima were studied and a Chinese Spring-A, longissima ditelosomic addition and substitution, two di-somic substitutions and a translocation were identified by using Giemsa C-banding. From these lines, it was found that telosomic chromosome 3B'S were added to wheat (21' + tB'l'), telosomic chromosome SB'S took the place of 3BS (20' + t' + tB'l), chromosome IBl took the place of IB (20' t- IB'), chromosome 6B was replaced by 6Bl (20' + 1B'l), and translocation chromosomes which consist of short arm from 4B'S and long arm from 4AL were substituted for 4A The origin of B genome and 4A was discussed. Since the C-banding patterns have distinct differences between B genome and A. longissima, A. longissima possibly is not the donor of B genome
