摘　　要：哈佛大学商学院独创的案例教学法对于培养高素质的经济管理人才起了十分良好的作用。研究其中的运作过程和特点,对于改进当前高等院校经济管理类专业的教学具有现实的意义。As an innovation of Harvard Business School, the Case Method has played a significant role in production of high quality management professionals. Insights into the procedures as well as characteristics of the method are conducive to the reform of the Economics and Management Program available in institutions of higher learning in China.
