摘 要:本文提出一种新型的在甚低频段具有线性压控特性的正弦振荡器,其特点是由可集成化的压控模拟电感和外接电容组成回转器谐振回路。转换电容并调节压控电压可获得各种不同的十进制频率,频率可低至0.03Hz,甚致更低。文中讨论了模拟电感和由它构成的振荡器的电路原理和压控方程,并给出测试结果。A novel sine-wave oscillator with linear voltage control characteristics in extremely low frequency bands is developed.It consists of an integrable simulated inductor with a great inductance value adjustable in the range from 0.1 to 250,000 H and three operational amplifiers.The oscillator has two capacitors.One is an external capacitor of the simulated inductor andthe other forms a gyrator resonator with the simulated inductor.They are usedto change the oscillation frequency of the oscillator in steps.According to in-tegrated circuit design,it is possible to add a voltagecontrolled terminal tothe simulated inductor to realize the linearly voltage controlled oscillation forthe oscillator.In each band the linear adjusting ratio of frequencies is 10:1.By switching the capacitors and adjusting the control voltage various decadesof frequency can be selected and the lowest frequency can be down to 0.03Hz.The circuit principles and voltage control equations of both the simulated in-ductor and the oscillatr are discussed.Finally,the test results are given,which show that the oscillation frequency linearly changes with the control voltage in each frequency band indeed and the oscillator works very well even at 0.042Hz.
