老年人海滨疗养前后内生肌酐清除率的变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨海滨疗养期间诸多疗养因子的协同作用是否可以改善老年人肾脏的清除功能 ,延缓衰老改变。方法　观察对象按A组≥ 70岁 ,B组 60岁 69岁和C组≤ 59岁分组。检测每例入院、出院时的肌酐清除率 ,观察其变化。结果　C组肌酐清除率变化不大 (P >0 .0 5) ;A与B两组出院时的肌酐清除率明显高于入院时。结论　海滨疗养期间诸多疗养因子的协同作用可以改善老年人肾脏的清除功能 。Objective To investigation whether or not conjunction effect can improvement clearance function of kidney of aged people and delay decrepited.Method The observation cases was grouped under A group≥70 age,B group 60-69 age,C group≤59 age,to detected creatinine clearance each case before and after convalescence and investigation changes of it.Results The creatinine clearance was no signification change in C group(P>0.05);in A and B groups,after seaside convalescence the creatinine clearance was signification increase than before seaside convalescence(P<0.01).Conclusion The conjuction effect of convalescence factors can improvement clearance fuction of kidney in aged people and delay decrepited changes.
