飞行员夫妻交流心理社会影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解飞行员夫妻交流 (EBHAW )的影响因素 ,为飞行员家庭心理危机干预提供依据。方法飞行员夫妻同时进行评定夫妻交流、心理健康水平、紧张性生活事件、社会支持、个性的五个量表测评。结果飞行员的EBHAW与本人及妻子的个性、心理健康水平、生活事件、社会支持、以及年龄和疾病有显著相关性。多因素分析揭示飞行员的EBHAW带有明显的情绪化 ;而妻子的EBHAW则更多的受躯体不适症状、飞行时间、主观的社会支持和生活事件的影响。结论要提高飞行员婚姻质量 ,就不应忽视各种心理社会因素对EBHAW的影响。ObjectiveTo research the influential psychosocial factors about pilot's exchange between husband and wife (EBHAW) in order to supply dependable data to psychotherapy and counseling about pilot's,marital and family. MethodIn 236 pilot's familie's EBHAW from Olson Marital Quality Inventory(ENRICH), personality, mental health, stressful life event, social support, ill factors for pilots and their wives respectively were measured at the same time. ResultsThe results showed there were significant relationship between Pilots, EBHAW and personality, mental health, stressful life event, social support factors from Pilots and wive's.EBHAW of pilots with illness and their wive's,EBHAW were significantly lower than health group. It was uncovered in a mutiple factors analysis that the main factors contributed to EBHAW of pilots were emotion factors, and the main factors contributed to EBHAW of wives were health, stressful life event, social support factors. Conclusion It is necessary to understanding influential psychosocial factors of pilot's,EBHAW when take psychotherapy and counseling about pilots,marital and family.
